Response of Worldwide hopes soar for Obama inauguration
I watched the Obama Inauguration through television this morning. I can feel the happiness of the audience. This article reflects the hope and exultation of the whole world people, especially African people. I think it is a good thing, I believe in the future Obama will bring good influence for America. Actually, I do not know what people think about Obama in my country. However, in my opinion, we think it is American citizens' choice, and we respect the choice.

Nicely stated. I like your use of the word "exultation". That seems an appropriate word to describe the emotion people around the world are feeling about Obama as the new president. People are hoping for positive change and they are looking to Obama to make that happen.
